Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted, and whether or not an order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for a purchase and your order has subsequently been cancelled by us, we will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the charge. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control. By your use of this website, you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to ourselves arising from any product or service sold from our website shall be the price of the product or service ordered plus shipping and handling charges. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of ourselves shall not exceed fifty pounds sterling (£50).
Descriptions of goods
Cirrus Systems Ltd endeavours to ensure that photography and descriptions are accurate. Photographs of items on this website are not necessarily to scale and colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to technological limitations. Because of the nature of goods some items may vary in pattern, colour, etc.
Complaints
We normally expect to acknowledge and deal with a complaint within 5 working days. During busy periods we may take longer. All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially and effectively. Any complaints may be submitted by mail, email, or telephone. Contact details as on the website.
Ordering
We are presently working on the e-commerce part of the site. During this time we are only able to take your credit card details via telephone.
Payment
All prices are in British pounds (GBP). All prices shown remain valid only for as long as they remain on the website. The price of any goods ordered and not in stock at time of order and subject to an increase will be advised with the customer’s option to cancel.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
Except where detailed, prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Where VAT is chargeable, it is applied at 20%. Your invoice will show how much VAT you have been charged as part of your total payment. Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU may be subject to local sales taxes or import duties. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.
Credit Card Security
We only accept the order total as displayed on our purchase confirmation page. We do not make any additional charges for purchases using credit or debit cards. Credit Card transactions are made through Worldpay payments system.
Availability If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will always be contacted by telephone or email with the option to cancel your order if do not wish to wait. Quantities may be limited. We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased if your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages, product difficulties, supplier problems or other reasons. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to any customer at our discretion and without explanation.
Shortfalls, damaged goods, non-delivery
Any shortfall or receipt of damaged goods of which you become aware must be notified to us within three days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 28 days of dispatch of goods.
Dispatch
Our carrier collects in the early afternoon. Orders placed before 11.00am will normally be dispatched the same day (not at weekends or holidays). Orders received after 11.00am will normally ship on the next working day. Occasionally delays occur for reasons beyond our control, in which case you will be notified when your goods are due to be sent. Note: If after 30 days we have still been unable dispatch your order we will contact you to request confirmation of the order. Cirrus Systems shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause.
Delivery
Next working day
UK mainland, Scottish islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles: First item up to 25kg – £5.99 (e.g. up to 4 x 4 litre tubs boxed or 1 x 20 litre pail – £5.99) and then up to £5.99 per additional item of up to 25kg. Deliveries to remote areas and islands may take longer than 1 working day. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, will incur a surcharge. Call us for more details. We also deliver some items throughout the rest of the world. Please call for delivery rates Delivery charges are calculated according to the actual weight of the goods and delivery address. Liquids are relatively heavy for their size and can attract higher delivery costs. We offer our customers the best rates that we can negotiate with our carriers; we make no profit from delivery charges. Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday before 5.30pm. Please make sure that all addresses you provide are accurate and include postcode and recipients telephone number where possible to hasten a speedy and accurate delivery. Cirrus Systems Ltd cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery. Where incorrect or incomplete delivery information is supplied and goods are returned to us we reserve the right to charge a courier return fee. Please ensure that someone will be at the recipient’s address on the expected delivery date as all deliveries must be signed for. In the event of no one being available to sign, the courier will attempt delivery the next working day. The purchaser may incur a re-delivery charge to deliver the goods thereafter. Proof of Delivery of one or more product(s) shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific product(s) requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein.
